Surviving

Now that I have got some background information on rankings, I figured that I would like to know what armed forces do to train and how the results help out in moving up in rankings. I looked on Amazon and found a short book called U.S. Army Fitness Training Handbook. This short book includes how the impact of physical fitness has an impact on his/her combat readiness. Not only does the physical fitness help the soldier get to the next level of ranking, but it helps make a person's quality of life better and improve his/her productivity. This book talks about cardio endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength and flexibility.

Yes, I've heard the training is extremely rigorous. I watch a program on the Military Channel about soldiers training to be Navy Seals. I've heard that becoming a Navy Seal is one of the most difficult positions to achieve within the military because of the intense training. If you get a chance, flip your tv to the military channel sometime to watch the program. Maybe it's a lesson to everyone that the body can only do what the mind permits.

I've never heard of that before. It mades a lot of sense seeing that they are in very demanding jobs.
